In 1972, Delta started as Royal Services, a one-person window cleaning operation in Dallas-Fort Worth. The work was simple, but the philosophy was already in place: show up, do what you said, and never cut corners.

Over the next two decades, clients asked for more. Janitorial services. Floor care. Specialized cleaning for medical offices and schools. Each time, the answer was the same: build a system for it, train the right people, and manage it with discipline.

By the mid-1990s, after adopting Total Quality Management principles, the company rebranded to Delta Janitorial Systems. The name changed. The standards didn't.

Today, Delta manages facilities across Dallas County, Tarrant County, and South Collin County, serving offices, medical practices, schools, daycares, and churches. We're still family-owned and still operating on the same principle: systems over blame, no shortcuts.
